standard shipping is sent via Royal Mail Second Class and is not tracked.

firstly, I'm so sorry to hear that! once the parcel gets handed over to Royal Mail it is out of my control and very rarely things can get damaged.

please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging and I'll will work with you to find the best solution.
